Our batik depicts graceful talent
Our songket defines luxury

Of ancient Melaka entrepot saga
That gravitates eastern and western traders

We are the dwellers of nature's best selection
The majestic tropical rain forest
Embroided with magnificent animal kingdom

We are the people of a proud nation
One with the tallest twin towers
And the most beautiful islands known

We are the people of significant wealth
From spices to agricultural produce
To oil and manufacturing industries
